Shipping

All items will ship throughout the United States. We do not offer Canadian or international shipments at this time. Your items will ship within 5 business days of order, excluding major holidays. 

Online Sales

All online purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received an incorrect item or damaged item through shipping. Please email info@rustirooster.com within 5 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged item and we will work to replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

Antiques and Vintage

Our antique and vintage items are one-of-a-kind pieces sold as is. Natural discoloration, wear on the finish, minimal tears, exposed stitching and patches are what makes these pieces authentic. Please understand that we will not offer returns or discounts based off of these unique characteristics.
